Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-72 business hours of being placed.

Please note that in busy periods (such as sale or holiday periods) dispatch of orders may take longer than the above time frames and we appreciate your understanding of this.

PRE ORDERS

Pre Order means that the item is not yet available for shipment.

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 6-8 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at info@lilzoomi.com if you would like to arrange an alternative.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Lil Zoomi deliver to both Australia and World-wide.

COURIER SERVICES

We use Australia Post, Sendle and DHL eCommerce services to deliver your parcels as efficiently as possible.

We use Australia Post for domestic delivery (within Australia).

We use DHL for all international delivery (international).

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS 

All orders delivered within Australia are automatically allocated a tracking number. 

All local Australian orders are trackable through the Australia Post website and International orders through DHL. You'll receive an email from us when your item is shipped including your tracking number (please allow a few days for the tracking number to be emailed to you). 

If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service for assistance of tracking at info@lilzoomi.com.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Delivery time is approximately 5-14 days within Australia depending on your location (orders are sent from Perth so please allow extra time to arrive interstate, rural areas may take up to 14 days).

For international deliveries, we estimate a metropolitan delivery time of 7 - 14 business days (rural deliveries can take up to 30 business days). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages and local postal delays.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

$8.95 Flat Rate Shipping (Australia wide only) for orders Weighing less than 500g.

Orders Weighing over 500g and express postage rates are calculated at checkout.

ORDERS SENT INTERNATIONALLY - OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA 

Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. 

All orders are shipped via DHL. We pack and send your order as quickly as we can.

Please note, Lil Zoomi is not responsible for any international customs fees that may occur.

Please note, Lil Zoomi  is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
1. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be delivered within these time frames. In busy periods, shipping times may take longer. 
2. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
3. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. International orders do not include customs or duties; you may be liable for these once the parcel reaches its destination country. We cannot advise of the possible customs or duties you may be responsible for.
4. Customs delays may add to shipping/delivery time frames. Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs. Please check applicable laws in your country prior to placing your order. Lil Zoomi is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel. 
5. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. Once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give refunds, if we are supplied with an incorrect address. If a re-shipment of the order is required because of an incorrect address (once an order is returned to us for this reason), the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
6. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
